Rain Out (Bad Weather)
I-Tour DOES
NOT promise to reschedule rain-out events, but will work
with each golf course and our I-Tour Schedule in the case of
unfriendly weather.
The golf
course will signal end of play if conditions warrant a
stoppage of play. If the club deems the golf course open
and playable, we will more than likely play, but we do not
play in the presence of lightning at anytime.
EVERY PLAYER
WILL RECEIVE A REFUND of their entry fee if and event is
rained out before we finish 7 holes.
In case of a
9-Hole rain-out event, we will double everyone's
9-hole score to get a 18-Hole tournament score.
Everyone
should be disappointed when weather ends an event, but we
ask for your cooperation as we strive to be as fair as
possible to our I-Tour members.
Your I-Tour Director will negotiate the best option for
members when those situations exist.
The I-Tour
reserves the right to complete less than 17 events for our
2008 Season due to unfriendly weather & the inability to
reschedule our rained out events.
Please read
and understand our Bad Weather policy before you become an I-Tour Member.
Tour Code of
Conduct
Cheaters…Hot Heads…This is for you….
The I-Tour reserves the right to take full
action on unbecoming conduct or actions we feel will hurt
the reputation or the longevity of the I-Tour. By
becoming an I-Tour Member, or by
participating in any tour event, all players must understand
that their participation is at the sole discretion of
The I-Tour. A player’s entry may be rejected for any
event, at the discretion of the Tour Director, at any time
before the close of the competition (as defined in the USGA
Rules of Golf Book - Rule 34-1b). Any and all conduct or
action deemed detrimental to the Individual Tour, other golfers or staff, the spirit of the
game, or to the host golf course are grounds for such
rejection.
These include, but are not limited to:
1.Cheating: – Know your rules guys…We lost quite
a few good members last year because a few current players did
not know the rules during play.
2. Club throwing and/or physical derangement or
threat of others.
3. Abusive language, conduct or derogatory
criticism of the Tour and/or host facility staff, volunteers,
or other players. (If you're not happy...STAY HOME)
4. Alcohol and/or substance impaired behavior.
5. Destruction of golf course and/or I-Tour property.
6. Repeated withdrawals, no shows, or no cards
turned in after the completion of a round.
Please read
and understand our Code of Conduct before you become an I-Tour Member.
All players are expected to be familiar with
and abide by the USGA Rules of Golf. This includes using
equipment (e.g. drivers) that complies with USGA rules.
This is simply what the name
says. If you get a "2" on a hole you get paid for your
deuce. This will mainly be for par-3's but will apply if you
get a "2" on a par-4. This is for the entire tournament no
matter if you are Flight -A -B or Senior Flight. This is one
big money pot that combines all flights. More details below:
It is $25 to
enter the DEUCES optional game.
All the 2's
on scorecards will split the pot. If you have
3 of them you get paid 3
times.
You are playing against All
Flights combined as one pot even though they play different
tee-boxes.
We only had 7 deuces at our Sky
Creek Ranch 2007 Event (111 players)
We only had 8 deuces at
our Ridgeview Ranch 2007 Event (108 players)
If 54 players (half) enter the
DEUCES game at Ridgeview, then that means we would have had
a $1,350 pot and each deuce would have been paid $169 a
piece.
That means you have
guaranteed money
if you get a "2" which is a birdie on a par-3 or a eagle on
a par-4.
As normal we payout 100% on our
optional games. No profit.
Yes...THIS IS BIG!
We now only
offer you two optional games...SKINS & DEUCES. They are $25 a
piece, which means you may still play our I-Tour events for a
maximum of $199. Our skins game is still just for your
flight, and our deuces game will be for all flights combined.
SKINS Game
SKINS is a "Big Money" Game also and is
also available
for all Flights. Each flight has a $25 SKINS game. SKINS game entry is payable before or on the day of the tournament. The Skins
Game is a "Money” game which pays out according to the best
score on the holes.
A skin is the single best score on
any of the individual 18 holes.
There will be a 100% pay out of the money collected at the end
of the round.
Flight A & B Example:
Say 20 people in your flight
play the Optional Skins Game. That’s $25 a piece for a pot of
$500 bucks. If there are 5 skins awarded then the payout will
be $500 / 5 = $100.00 per skin.
