10 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

- For the 2008 Individual Golf Tour -

1. REGISTER EARLY FOR YOUR I-TOUR EVENTS

We have a limited amount of slots for each event, you may play in any event and guarantee your slot if you register before the listed deadline. Entry deadline is the Monday before the event. There is a $10 late fee for late entries.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are three payment options when it comes to registering for I-Tour events

Mail your check to our local I-Tour office before the deadline
No checks will be taken the day of the event
Payment by Credit Card before or at the event
Cash at the event

3. TOURNAMENT PAIRINGS

Tournament pairings will be available on our web site www.dallasitour.com the Thursday before our event. Please view the pairings to ensure that all of your information is correct.

4. Tournament Payouts

All winnings will be paid the day of the event. If you have to leave before winnings are paid a check will be mailed to you.

5. TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Tournament results will be available on our web site the Monday morning following an event. You will also be able to view pictures of the winners.

6. Handicaps and Money List

All handicaps, the money list, and the points list will be updated the Wednesday after each event.

7. WE WILL COMMUNICATE TO YOU WEEKLY

We will email you weekly with announcements, what is new or changed for the I-Tour. It is very important that we have a valid email address for all of our members.

8. OFFICE HOURS

Please remember that the Individual Golf Tour is a working man’s golf tour. All of our employees have full time jobs. If you call our office and no one answers the phone please leave a message, or e-mail your tour director at bnorris@dallasitour.com.

9. PAYING CASH FOR AN EVENT

If you choose to pay cash for an event and you fail to show then you must prepay for each event for the rest of the season.

10. TRY NOT TO BE SO SENSITIVE

If a course marshal or I-Tour Staff member tells your group to pick up the pace, don’t take it personal simply play faster. On the I-Tour we play ready golf, hit when ready. Ready golf is how we play when we are with our golf buddies, 4 ½ hour rounds.
